Didier is building an alumni program for all Fellows (from 1987 to present) by creating opportunities for peer learning, collaboration, and capacity-building. Most recently a management consultant with Deloitte, he is leveraging his experiences advising clients in strategic planning and leadership development.
Didier's commitment to facilitating the capacity of others began during his participation in the Coro Fellowship in Public Affairs, a nine-month training program on ethical and civic leadership. The skills he acquired prepared him to help found the Active Minds Institute, a nonprofit that designed and built the first experiential learning charter school in St. Louis. His prior experiences include working for the Institute of International Education, the 2004 Kerry/Edwards Presidential Campaign, and the National Coalition on Black Civic Participation.
Didier is a graduate of Carnegie Mellon, Boston College, and the United Nations International School. He is a first generation Haitian-American and electronic hip-hop laptop musician.
