Erica Lock is the Senior Associate of Fellow Programs. She directly manages the current portfolio of fellows, providing operational guidance and ensuring they have access to all the resources that Echoing Green has to offer. Erica also creates and maintains key external partnerships for Echoing Green to benefit both current fellows as well as the search and selection process for fellowship applicants.

Erica graduated in May 2010 from Columbia Business School with a focus in Social Enterprise. Prior to graduate studies, she was a strategy and planning manager at MTV Networks. Her work with the public responsibility department was the catalyst for pursuing an MBA, where she would gain the tools, skills and knowledge to bridge social innovation and capital markets. Erica received her undergraduate degree from Wharton, concentrating in Marketing and Communications.
