Liza is working with Echoing Green to identify and implement ways in which the organization can leverage their Salesforce database to streamline processes.  She learned database administration while at Aid to Artisans, an international development organization that provides market links to artisans in developing countries.  Liza holds a degree in Biology from Hendrix College, and in 2002 she was awarded a Thomas J. Watson Fellowship which allowed her to travel the world surveying the impacts of coastal development on sea turtle populations.  In 2007 she had the opportunity to work as a research associate on a documentary about climate change and subsequently formed her company, Penguin Pictures, under which she provided research and production services to filmmakers.  Liza is active in her local community supported agriculture group and volunteers for Open House New York.
